EG Reuse & Recycle: Vessel Return Program

Timeless scents, less waste.
Bring back your clean Elizabeth Grace candle jars and room + linen spray bottles and earn $1 credit per eligible vessel toward your next purchase. Beautiful packaging deserves a second life.

How it works

  1. Save your empties
    Eligible items:
    • EG glass candle jars (all sizes)
    • EG glass spray bottles (1 oz & 2 oz)
      We can only accept vessels originally purchased from Elizabeth Grace Wellness Studio.
  2. Prep & clean
    • Freeze candle jars 30–60 min, pop out wax, remove the wick tab.
    • Wash with hot water + a little dish soap.
    • Let dry completely (24 hrs is best).
    • Leave the original label on or remove—either is fine.
    • Sprayers: rinse by pumping warm soapy water through, then clear water.
      Please, no broken, chipped, cracked, or heavily wax-coated vessels.
  3. Return & earn
    • Local drop-off: Bring to any pop-up/event or prearranged pickup.
    • Mail-in: Ship your clean vessels to:

      (Customer covers postage; we recommend returning 4+ at once.)
    • We’ll inspect and issue $1 store credit per approved vessel as a unique discount code (emailed) or apply instantly at pop-up checkout.

What we do with returns

  • Sanitize & Reuse: Vessels in great condition are cleaned, sanitized, and refilled.
  • Responsibly Recycle: Anything we can’t safely reuse gets recycled through local partners when possible.

Program details (the fine print)

  • $1 credit per eligible EG vessel. Valid on future purchases; not redeemable for cash.
  • EG vessels only. Third-party containers aren’t accepted.
  • Condition matters. We can’t accept broken, chipped, cracked, or residue-filled vessels.
  • Limit to keep it fair: Up to 20 vessels per customer per month.
  • Codes expire in 12 months. One code may be used per order; codes can be combined with other promotions at our discretion.

FAQ

Why only EG vessels?
We know the materials and fit of our jars and sprayers—this keeps refills safe and consistent.

Do I need the lid/sprayer?
Lids are appreciated; sprayers are optional (we sanitize or recycle them). Missing lids won’t disqualify your return.

What if my jar is cloudy or has label residue?
No problem. As long as it’s clean and unbroken, we’ll handle the rest.

Can I request a refill of my exact scent?
Refill events happen throughout the year—watch our socials and email for dates.
